Louisville Kentucky soldier Pfc. Michael S. Pridham, age 19, had just a month and half to go before the end of his deployment when he was killed along with two others in southern Afghanistan in July 2010. The military said the 19-year-old was killed Tuesday in Qalat from wounds sustained when the vehicle he was in was attacked with an improvised explosive device.
Before his deployment, he married his girlfriend Deidre Leitner, who is expecting their child later this year.
Again...there is another child who will never know his or her father.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that Michael Pridham is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
