Army Pfc. David A. Jefferson, age 23, a combat medic from Philadelphia, was killed in July, 2010, by an enemy explosion during a foot patrol in Afghanistan.He was assigned to the First Battalion, 502d Infantry Regiment, Second Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), based at Fort Campbell, Ky.
David was married to Darniece T. Melton-Jackson of West Philadelphia.
Let us pray to God the Father, Jesus, all of the saints and all of the angels that David Jefferson is in heaven. Let us pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen
