Anthony Antell - a Good Samaritan - killed in Arlington, Texas

Anthony Antell, age 35, died on May 2, 2016, at a pharmacy parking lot in Arlington, Texas.
Anthony Antell

Anthony was known as "T.J." to his family and friends.

Around noon, Anthony was outside of a pharmacy in Arlington. He came upon a domestic argument situation in which a man was shooting at a woman who worked at the pharmacy.

The woman was the shooter's wife, Quinisha Johnson, age 22. The shooter, Ricci Bradden, also age 22, had shot his wife in the lower leg.

Anthony went to his vehicle to get his own gun and tried to conduct a citizen's arrest of Ricci Bradden. Ricci Bradden then shot Anthony Antell, mortally wounding him.

Tragically, Anthony died at the scene.  His wife, Crystal, was also at the scene and witnessed her husband's violent death.

Anthony was a U.S. Marine Veteran.  He and his wife were currently the owners and operators of a gym in Lexington.

Ricci Bradden turned himself in to the Police and will be charged with murder and related charges. He is a Private with the 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade and is stationed at Fort Hood.

funding site has been set up to help the Antell family with expenses.

Friends describe Anthony as a man who put others before himself.

Angels of God, pray for Anthony and for those
who have lost him.
Anthony's loved ones are devastated over his sudden and tragic death. He was loving and was loved in return. He did his best. He will be forever mourned.

Anthony is survived by many loving friends and family members including his parents, his wife, Crystal, and three children.

Thank you for your service to your country, T.J.

Pray for justice for Anthony.
