Keith Williams - U.S. Military

Keith Williams
Pfc. Keith M. Williams, age 19, of Visalia, California, died on July 24, 2014, in Mirugol Kalay, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when his vehicle struck a roadside bomb.

He was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 12th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado.

He had enlisted less than a year ago.  This was his first deployment.

Family members stated that Keith was a fun-loving kid who was just starting out in life.  

He loved his country and wanted to do his part to protect it. 

Friends said that Keith was excited that he was going to be able to return home in

October of 2014.  He said that he missed everybody. 

Keith's family members are devastated by his sudden and tragic death. He will be forever mourned.

Keith is survived by many loving comrades, friends and relatives including his father, Frank Williams.

Thank you for serving, Keith.

Pray for the 19 year old men who die in War. Yesterday they were just boys.

Pray without ceasing unto God for an end to this war in Afghanistan. It is enough. We are sick with grief for men like Keith.

Pray that Keith is in heaven. Pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
