Adam Davis - Law Enforcement - Texas

Deputy Sheriff Adam Davis, age 36, died in the line of duty on December 11, 2013, at a hospital in Temple, Texas.

Adam was a member of the Bell County Sheriff's Office. He had 7 years of service in law enforcement.

Deputy Davis was responding to a report of a subject brandishing a gun near Troy. His patrol car left the roadway at a 90-degree curve in the road and rolled over several times. He suffered severe head injuries as a result of the crash and was transported to a hospital in Temple, Texas, where he passed away.

Adam started working part-time with the Bell County Sheriff in December of 2007, becoming a full-time deputy in August of 2013. Adam also had worked for the Troy and Rogers Police Departments. His father had also been a deputy for Bell County.

Michael, Archangel, Patron Saint of the Police,
pray for Adam
Adam is described as a go-getter and a great mechanic to whom friends would turn for help with vehicle issues.

Adam is survived by many loving comrades, friends and family members, including his wife and 10 year old son.

Pray for all who die in the line of duty.

Pray for all who die by misadventure. They are with us one moment and gone the next.

Pray that Adam is in heaven. Pray that he is at peace and is with God. Amen.
