Jonathan Robinson, age 32, was stabbed seven times on April 1, 2013, in Sacramento, California.

Jonathan Robinson
Jonathan came to the aid of others by standing up to bullies who were picking on some teens near his home.  He told the two men to leave the kids alone, when the bullies turned on him and stabbed him in the upper body.

Jonathan is a Good Samaritan.

When the stabbing occurred, two other Good Samaritans in turn came to Jonathan's aid.

Bryan Jones and Dave Cain provided first aid and put pressure on his bleeding wounds.

Bryan Jones and Dave Cain are Good Samaritans.

Jonathan was raised in Gridley, California and had only recently moved to Sacramento.

Jonathan was in a medically induced coma at University of California Davis Medical Center for two weeks and on life support.  He only recently came out of the coma and is recovering.

He doesn’t have insurance to cover the medical costs which are climbing higher each day. He will have to undergo rehabilitation before he is released from the hospital.

The Good Samaritan
comes to the aid
of others, selflessly.
If you wish to contribute please look up The Rock of Roseville Church on the Internet.  They are handling contributions to Jonathan's medical bills.

The suspects who stabbed Jonathan have been caught and charged.

Jonathan Robinson doesn't regret his decision to help despite the outcome.

Jonathan's parents, Tina and John, met with Bryan Jones and Dave Cain to thank them for coming to the aid of their son.

God bless Jonathan Robinson, Bryan Jones and Dave Cain.  We need more men like them who come to the aid of strangers.  Amen.
